This beta is intentionally public enough to test, but honest enough to document rough edges.

Current watch list

  • iPad Safari: DeepFilterNet can run differently from Android and desktop because Apple forces all iPad browsers onto WebKit.
  • Large videos: browser memory limits vary. Start with short clips before long videos.
  • Restoration: Full VVC should not sound hissier than DeepFilterNet only. If it does, report it.
  • Offline mode: open VVC once online and process a small file so the app shell and model are cached.

Useful reports include device, browser, file type, length, whether the file was audio or video, and what sounded wrong.
